Which motorhomes we scrap
We take coachbuilt, A-class and van-conversion motorhomes, whatever their age or condition, including motorhomes that are:
- Non-runners or end of life
- MOT failures
- Accident damaged or written off
- Suffering from damp, leaks or rot
- High mileage, or simply not needed any more
The motorhome needs to be accessible for our recovery truck and have all four wheels and tyres.
Scrap it or sell it?
A motorhome that still runs, or that’s worth repairing, may be worth more than its scrap value. Tell us about it when you get your quote and we’ll make you the best offer we can.
Before we collect
- Remove your personal belongings, including anything in lockers and under seats.
- Take out any gas bottles, and let us know about any leisure batteries or solar panels.
- Have your V5C logbook ready. If it’s lost, tell us when you get your quote.

Can you take a motorhome that’s still on finance?
Tell us about the finance when you get your quote. It has to be settled before the sale, and we may be able to settle it from the price.
How will I be paid?
By bank transfer when we collect. We don’t pay in cash.
Do you collect from anywhere?
We collect across England and Wales – see the areas we cover – and from elsewhere in the UK if the vehicle is right.
Do I need to be there when you collect?
No, as long as you tell us where it is and how to get to it, and leave the keys somewhere safe.
What happens next
If it’s scrapped, it goes to a licensed Authorised Treatment Facility. You’ll receive a Certificate of Destruction and the DVLA is notified, so you’re no longer responsible for the vehicle. Any unused road tax is refunded automatically.
